The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to all transactions on the A1GOODS Web Site. Please read through these carefully before placing your order. Please also read our Data Protection section regarding personal information provided by you.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any orders received subsequent to the Terms and Conditions change.

Our preferred payment partner for Credit and Debit card payments of less than £100 is NoChex.

If you prefer, you can also pay by personal cheque. Cheques should be made payable to A1GOODS. Please write your cheque guarantee number and your order number on the back of the cheque.
Price
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, plus the cost of Shipping and Handling. Errors and Omissions are excluded.
Purchase and Delivery
To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the European Community area.
We pride ourselves on our rapid order fulfillment capabilities, and seek to ship all order(s) within 2 working days from receipt of your order and payment. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to circumstances outside our control, and time for delivery shall not be of the essence. For large & multiple orders we may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
If we have not shipped the goods within 5 working days of receiving your order and payment then you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you without reasonable delay.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as we possibly can. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to your order.
Under these regulations you have the right to cancel within seven days of purchasing from us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Please see the "Returns, Refunds and the "No Quibble" money back guarantee" section for return details.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. We will also contact you to give you the choice to accept or decline this offer. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
Returns, Refunds and the "No Quibble" money back guarantee
We will refund in full any product that we sell on the condition that the shrink wrap in which the product is delivered has not been broken. If the shrink wrap has been broken, no further refund will be permitted except in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods. A request for a refund must be placed within 28 days of the order being shipped from A1GOODS.
Software
If you order software from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software license supplied with the software.
Law
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scotland.
Data Protection
The Data Protection Act 1998 applies.
Complaints
We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that we really have fallen short of your expectations, please mail us on complaints@a1goods.co.uk and we will listen to what you have to say. We will reply to you within 72 hours.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. | |
